My Story

Chapter 00

Where Curiosity Began

Every journey has a beginning. Mine started with curiosity—wondering how the digital world works and how it could be shaped to help people. This was the moment I moved from being just a user to becoming a creator. What follows is the first chapter of a lifelong journey to learn, build, and grow.

Chapter 01

A New Foundation

Securing the PPTI BCA Scholarship felt like a turning point I hadn’t dared to expect. More than just an academic opportunity, it meant I could pursue my goals while lifting a significant financial weight off my parents' shoulders. This was my true introduction to Computer Science—a period of late nights and steep learning curves. Beyond the code, it’s where I met a community of brilliant people who challenged me to think bigger, marking the moment I stopped just using technology and started learning how to build it.

Chapter 02

Jakarta & The First Codebase

After graduating from PPTI, I stepped into the professional world with my first internship and role within the BCA environment. Moving to Jakarta brought a wave of culture shock—the pace, the scale, and the energy were unlike anything I’d experienced. But that discomfort was quickly replaced by excitement. This was where my journey as a Software Engineer truly began, moving beyond theory to help maintain and build systems that people rely on every day. It was my first real taste of the impact technology can have at scale.

Chapter 03

The Unexpected Pivot

Just six months into my career, things took a turn I didn't plan for. Out of nowhere, I was assigned to help at BCA Digital (blu). It was a shock—I didn't know who I’d work with or even what my day-to-day would look like. I had to leave my comfort zone and step into the unknown. It was my first real lesson that life doesn't always go according to plan, and often, the best opportunities are the ones you never see coming.

Chapter 04

The blu Rewrite

My assignment at BCA Digital had a clear purpose: helping finish the 'blu Rewrite' project. As an Android Developer, the pressure was intense. I only knew the basics from college, so I had to learn everything from scratch while trying to keep up with more experienced developers. It was a brutal pace where every mistake felt heavy. I felt truly burnt out and uncertain, especially since I was still finishing my thesis at the same time. It was a season of high stakes, but it’s where I truly learned the meaning of work ethic—managing the weight of my professional duties and my studies to ensure I survived and grew.

Chapter 05

A New Version of Myself

Finishing the project brought a deep sense of relief and happiness. I realized that I truly thrive when my work has a clear, challenging purpose. The intense pressure didn't break me; it reshaped me into someone new. I came out of that season moving faster, thinking more agile, and carrying a much stronger work ethic. It was the moment I stopped just trying to keep up and started feeling like I truly belonged in this fast-paced world.

The Philosophy of the Infinite Loop

A system’s true strength isn’t its final form, but its ability to evolve. Technology grows through iteration, much like we do. To me, code isn’t just a tool to solve problems—it’s a way to express ideas and create impact. Stay curious, build with purpose, and keep refactoring yourself. The story is still being written.
